- Deadline for payment:

admission fees for ability examinations or aptitude and admission tests must be paid according to the deadlines indicated in the calendar;

fees relating to Academic course and Master courses (Higher education), according to the amounts decided by the Secretary's/Registrar's office, must be paid in three instalments according to following deadlines: 27tht September 2015 (enrolment), 7th February 2016 (second instalment), 1st May 2016 (third instalment);

for all other types of education and training (Preparatory courses, Structured courses, Free courses, Short courses, Study weeks) amounts relating to one-semester courses (Semester 1) and amounts up to �300 must be paid by 27tht September 2015;

amounts relating to one-semester courses (Semester 2) must be paid by 7th February 2016;

amounts exceeding �300 must be paid in two instalments according to the amounts decided by the Secretary's/Registrar's office, with deadlines on 27tht September 2015 and 7th February 2016. Students are allowed to pay the entire fee after communicating it to the Secretary's/Registrar's office.

At the moment of the enrolment must be presented or send per e-mail or fax:
- the documentation required for the enrolment for specific types of courses (Academic courses, Higher Education);
- the payment receipt of enrolment and attendance fees.
Any enrolment unprovided with the above-mentioned documentation will be considered void.
The late enrolment will involve a compensation payment that must be paid in the Secretary's/Registrar's office.

Deadline for enrolment: 27tht September 2015.
After the deadline, the Secretary's/Registrar's office will communicate through the most appropriate methods which courses run.
If a course does not run, the Secretary's/Registrar's office will provide for the complete refund of enrolments fees.

Collective lessons last 45' per hour, while individual lessons last 60' per hour, that is 15' of student's individual training and 45' of assisted teaching activity.

Students attending at least 2/3 of lessons and, if planned, the traineeship, the internship, tests in progress and exercises can be admitted to final exams. An official attendance certificate and the diploma will be issued to them after passing the exam. Individual lessons which are not attended for personal reasons are not subject to be made up.
